Our Panmure apartments are built with a focus on affordability and sustainability with targeted Homestar ratings and unique innovations that ensure a healthier, more sustainable home. We aren’t afraid to ‘rethink’ the status-quo.
We provide a fleet of electric vehicles for use by residents and have chosen a location that is transport centred, allowing residents to reduce their reliance on car ownership and live a more eco-friendly lifestyle.
Being a new build, you’ll only require a 10% deposit to purchase any of the apartments and we have a dedicated in-house sales team available to support you throughout the process. Once you’ve identified your ideal apartment, you begin with signing a Sales & Purchase Agreement which secures the apartment for an initial 10-day due diligence period. If you haven’t already, we would recommend you now assemble your sidekicks – lawyer, mortgage broker/bank/finance advisor, partner, and anyone else who might want to weigh in on the decision!
Now that you know you love everything on offer, the agreement becomes unconditional, and the deposit is due. This is held in our solicitors’ secure trust account and you’ll receive the benefit of any interest accrued – and with each apartment at a fixed price, you can rest assured that there will be no increase in price during the build. From here, no more payments are required until settlement – Now to set a date for the housewarming!
As the apartments are ‘freehold unit titles’, a body corporate is necessary to manage the building insurance and maintenance, and to keep the common areas clean and safe, leaving you free to enjoy a quality of life that not all properties provide! The body corporate fee will be confirmed close to completion and will be proportionate to the apartment value.
Any apartment owner is automatically a member of the body corporate and can choose to be on the committee. To ensure everyone can delight in their lovely home, there will be a Building Manager with a regular presence on site to ensure the building is well looked after.
The electric vehicles (EV’s) are for the use of apartment residents only and can be booked and paid for via mobile app for shopping trips or visiting friends and family across town. There will also be long trip booking options. The vehicles will be current model EV’s, well maintained and cleaned onsite.
If you do have a car, you can park on Dunn Road, at the nearby Wilson carpark for $1 per day or $35 per month, or at the convenient long term parking across the road from the apartments.
Pets are allowed at the discretion of the Body Corporate which is made up of owners and the external Body Corp. management company – Property 101. Please refer to the Body Corporate rules for more info.
Achieving this certification means the building has been awarded a high sustainability rating from the Green Building Council. This recognises the superior insulation, ventilation and water saving qualities of the design, as well as working with partners and suppliers who have adopted strong sustainable practices and materials. With double glazing and wintergardens, the building has the ability to be warm in the winter and remain cool in the summer heat.

The end to end construction process is managed by our team members so we can ensure that our ethos and methodologies are applied right through the wider teams. We have built relationships with architects, engineers and suppliers to ensure that each development is produced efficiently, with quality and sustainability at the forefront.
When identifying the location for our Panmure apartments, proximity and ease of access to public transport was a top priority. We ensured that the train station and bus routes were within walking distance and we will be gifting each apartment with an electric scooter, allowing you to get where you need to go with ease.
With a focus on affordability, many of our purchasers have been first home buyers, down-sizers and small families. We like to foster community so we’re connecting owners through a private Facebook group, allowing them to get to know each other, while providing regular updates on the building progress. By the time our clients move in, they already know their neighbours!
The apartment building is only accessible via electronic swipe or proxy card system and will only grant access to a specific floor. Deliveries can be made into the plant room, where each apartment will have an assigned locker that the courier can access, however they will not be able to access the rest of the building. Guests are welcome in the building, however, they must be given access by the resident they are visiting and can only access that persons floor.
